Rev. Dr. Mathew Varughese has been the Senior Pastor and President of Sharon Fellowship Oklahoma since January of 2017. He was born and raised in a traditional Orthodox Christian family from Kerala, India. At the age of 17, he accepted the Lord as his personal Savior and joined the Pentecostal faith thereafter. He is married to his best friend, Mini Mathew; and they are blessed with two amazing kids, Diya and Dani.

     Pastor Mathew holds a Bachelors in Commerce degree from Mahatma Gandhi University in Kerala, Bachelors in Divinity (FTS) and Masters in Communication (TTS), degrees with an affiliation to Serampore college, and a Doctorate in Communication and Christian Ministry degree at ITS, California. He has also taught and ministered at many organizations in Kerala, India and Los Angeles, California. Mathew is devoted to edifying and empowering the Church through teaching Scripture, ministering dynamic and practical sermons, encouraging relentless and authentic worship, and reaching the lost through the love Jesus exemplified for us.
